www.harvestbiblechapel.org is a church-planting church preparing a new work in Joliet!
We are not doing so because Joliet needs another church, but because Joliet desperately needs more healthy ones. Joliet needs churches who make disciples of Jesus who proclaim the authority of God's Word without apology, who lift high the name of Jesus through worship, who believe firmly in the power of prayer, and who share the good news of Jesus with boldness!
In order to do this by the
September 12th, 2010, we need to rally a sizeable team together to make this vision a reality. Our launch team is currently meeting behind the scenes to prepare for launch day. We will assemble a worship team, a children's ministry team, and a number of additional servant teams necessary to have Sunday morning church services. We will also visit other Harvest church plants and meet with previous launch teams to learn from their experiences. Most importantly, we will grow in fellowship with each other and the Lord through prayer as He works in us to build His church.
